This is What We Call Green Spirit!

John Baker of Island Green, Lucinda Parsons, Sherry Ann Francis, Julice Holder, Kelly McKinney of Island Green, and Akeino Williams of Island Green on top of the truck.

St. John, USVI – January 26, 2024 Thanks to Erin Lieb and Get Trashed St. John for informing the community about the stockpile of aluminum cans and recyclable plastics at the former Industrial Arts building, which is pending FEMA repairs on St. John. And thanks to Island Green Living volunteers including Julice Holder and fellow Sigma Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority sisters for facilitating and pitching in to help Island Green Living pack up these valuable RESOURCES yesterday. Four truckloads in all!

Remember, aluminum can and plastics recycling is a CHARITY effort and Island Green Living needs all the help they can get! Please consider volunteering to help Island Green sort and crush – or help out in our ReSource Depot reuse store. www.islandgreenliving.org
